CAS:
Versatile small molecule scaffold
Fórmula:C10H17NO4Pureza:Min. 95%Peso molecular:215.25 g/mol7-Bromo-3,4-dihydroquinazolin-2(1H)-one
CAS:
7-Bromo-3,4-dihydroquinazolin-2(1H)-one is a new atypical antipsychotic. It has been shown to have 5-HT1A receptor antagonist activity, and d2 receptor agonist activity. 7-Bromo-3,4-dihydroquinazolin-2(1H)-one has been shown to be an effective agent for the treatment of schizophrenia in animal models. This drug has also been shown to have antidepressant effects in rats, suggesting that it may have additional therapeutic effects. The mechanism of 7-bromo 3,4 dihydroquinazolin-2(1H) one is not fully understood but is thought to involve the reduction of quinazoline by reductive amination with tertiary amines followed by cyclization with piperazine or other heterocycles.
Fórmula:C8H7BrN2OPureza:Min. 95%Peso molecular:227.06 g/molTert-Butyl 4-(Bromomethyl)-4-Fluoropiperidine-1-Carboxylate

CAS:
6-Benzyl-2,4-dichloro-5H-pyrrolo[3,4-d]pyrimidin-7-one is a difluorinated pyrrolopyrimidine with a carbonyl group. It has a molecular weight of 180.8 g/mol and the chemical formula C14H12Cl2F2N2O. The compound is an asymmetric molecule that crystallizes as chains. Its crystal structure is made up of two stacked chains with dihedral angles of approximately -90° and -45°, which are stabilized by hydrogen bonds. The planarity of the molecule's carbonyl group is disordered because it does not have any planar groups.
Fórmula:C13H9Cl2N3OPureza:Min. 95%Peso molecular:294.14 g/mol6-(4,4,5,5-Tetramethyl-1,3,2-dioxaborolan-2-yl)quinolin-2(1H)-one

CAS:
Versatile small molecule scaffold
Fórmula:C5H10ClNO4Pureza:Min. 95%Peso molecular:183.59 g/molMonoethyl Pimelate
CAS:
Monoethyl Pimelate is a synthetic aliphatic hydrocarbon that is a hdac inhibitor. HDAC inhibitors are used in the treatment of cancer, as they inhibit the activity of histone deacetylases and so lead to an increase in acetylation of histones. This process increases the expression of genes that promote cell death and inhibits the expression of genes that promote cell growth. Monoethyl Pimelate has been shown to have anti-carcinogenic effects on prostate carcinoma cells in vitro. In addition, this compound has been shown to be beneficial for the diagnosis of prostate cancer, as it can be used as a diagnostic agent. It also increases cellular energy metabolism through its ability to activate fatty acid oxidation in mitochondria.
Fórmula:C9H16O4Pureza:Min. 95%Peso molecular:188.22 g/mol(2S)-2-(2,2-Dimethylpropanamido)-4-methylpentanoic acid
CAS:
Versatile small molecule scaffold
Fórmula:C11H21NO3Pureza:Min. 95%Peso molecular:215.29 g/mol1-(Quinolin-3-yl)ethanone
CAS:
1-(Quinolin-3-yl)ethanone is a synthetic quinazolinone that is used in the synthesis of other compounds. It is a sterically hindered compound that is mediated by hydrogen bonding, which allows it to act as an amine or nucleophile and react with carbonyl groups. 1-(Quinolin-3-yl)ethanone can also be methylated with formic acid to give a monohydric compound that can be reacted with an alkali metal to give a dihedral intermediate. This intermediate can then react with nitrogen nucleophiles to give products such as quinazolinones.
Fórmula:C11H9NOPureza:Min. 95%Peso molecular:171.2 g/mol3-Chloro-4-sulfanylbenzoic acid
