Anticuerpos primarios

Transferrin antibody was raised in goat using Isolated by affinity chromatography using antigen coupled to agarose beads. as the immunogen.
Pureza:Min. 95%Dengue Virus Envelope Domain III Mouse Monoclonal Antibody

This mouse monoclonal antibody targets domain III of the dengue virus envelope protein. The envelope protein is made up of the three domains, I, II and III and is involved in host cell receptor-mediated endocytosis and fusion. Domain II and III are primary targets for neutralizing antibody formation and so an ideal target for vaccine and treatment development. The Dengue virus causes the human disease, dengue fever. The dengue virus was first isolated by Ren Kimura and Susuma Hotta while studying blood samples of patients taken during the 1943 dengue epidemic in Nagasaki, Japan. It is transmitted to humans primarily via the Aedes aegypti and Aedes albopicto female mosquitoes which acquire the virus while feeding on the blood of an infected person. Although this virus can inflict asymptomatic or mild symptoms in patients, it can lead to severe infectious such as dengue hemorrhagic fever, also known as dengue shock syndrome.
Pureza:>90% By Immunoelectrophoresis Using Agarose.VE Cadherin antibody

The VE Cadherin antibody is a highly specific monoclonal antibody that targets nuclear binding proteins involved in cell adhesion. It plays a crucial role in various biological processes, including the regulation of interleukin signaling and the maintenance of tissue integrity. This antibody is widely used in Life Sciences research for studying histone H1 modifications and understanding the mechanisms of cell adhesion and migration.
Pureza:Min. 95%Anti-Human FDP Monoclonal Antibody

Characterized disease state sera are critical components in the development and manufacture of diagnostic tests. However, sourcing of these sera is complicated, time‐consuming, and sometimes suitable material is not available at all. Our Toxoplasma Gondii IgM Hybrid Human Monoclonal Antibody is concentrated and spiked into an IgG depleted and delipidised human serum matrix which ensures that the final product is as close as possible to the natural disease state IgM positive human plasma. As part of the selection process for each antibody multiple clones were analysed by commercially available IgM assays and the clones with the most reactivity were selected for commercialization. Testing in both ELISA and bead-based applications shows the products behave in an almost identical manner as the natural source.
Toxoplasma Gondii is a microscopic, single-celled parasite that can infect a variety of warm-blooded animals, including humans. This parasite is responsible for the disease called toxoplasmosis. Toxoplasma gondii is a member of the phylum Apicomplexa, which also includes other important parasitic organisms. The life cycle of Toxoplasma gondii involves both sexual and asexual stages. Cats, both domestic and wild, are the definitive hosts where sexual reproduction occurs. The asexual stages can occur in any warm-blooded animal, including humans. The primary modes of transmission to humans include ingestion of oocysts shed in the feces of infected cats, consumption of undercooked or raw meat containing tissue cysts. Transmission can also occur through organ transplantation and blood transfusions. In healthy individuals, toxoplasmosis may cause mild flu-like symptoms or go unnoticed. However, for individuals with weakened immune systems (such as those with HIV/AIDS, organ transplant recipients, or individuals undergoing certain medical treatments), the infection can cause more severe complications. Congenital toxoplasmosis can result in serious birth defects if a pregnant woman becomes infected.
Bacillus anthracis (Anthrax) antibody

Succination is a stable post-translational modification of cysteine residues, which modifies protein function or turnover in response to a changing intracellular redox environment. Succination occurs when the Krebs cycle intermediate, fumarate, reacts with cysteine yielding S-(2-succino)cysteine (2SC). A wide range of proteins are subject to succination, including enzymes, adipokines, cytoskeletal proteins and ER chaperones and succination has been shown to have roles in regulatory biology. An increase in succination of adipocyte proteins is seen in diabetes mellitus and results from nutrient excess derived mitochondrial stress. 2SC therefore serves as a biomarker of mitochondrial stress or dysfunction in chronic diseases, such as obesity, diabetes, and cancer.
1mg/ml TEA eluate
Used for: WB (1:200), ELISA (I:1000), IHC (1:2000)
IHC image provided courtesy of Prof. Anthony Gill: Photomicrographs demonstrating positive cytoplasmic staining for 2SC in a fumarate hydratase deficient (HLRCC related) renal carcinoma.
