Descripción

Silver tetrafluoroborate finds applications as a useful reagent in inorganic, organic and organomettalic chemistry. It acts as a moderately strong oxidant in dichloromethane, replaces halide anions and ligands with weakly coordinating tetrafluoroborate anions, and behaves as a catalyst for cyclization reactions.
