3-(Methacryloyloxy)propyltris(trimethylsiloxy) silane acts as a tetramethylsilane-protected silicate compound utilized for proteomics research. It is also employed as a silane moisture scavenger, polypropylene catalyst, silicate stabilizer, polyurethane endcapper silane, silane drying agent, silane curing agent and silane reinforcer.
