Información del producto
2-Phenylcyclopropan-1-amine is a small-molecule drug that has been shown to be effective in the treatment of leukemia. This drug has been shown to inhibit the production of leukemia inhibitory factor, which is a cytokine that inhibits the differentiation of pluripotent cells into blood cells. In addition, 2-phenylcyclopropan-1-amine has been shown to have significant interactions with 5HT concentrations and enzyme activities in liver cells. The most notable interactions are with anhydrous sodium (NaOH), which is used as a chemical inhibitor, and tranylcypromine (TCP), which is a monoamine oxidase inhibitor that increases serotonin levels. 2-phenylcyclopropan-1-amine also competes for binding sites on enzymes that are responsible for locomotor activity.
