Descripción

JX 06 is a histone deacetylase inhibitor that causes the inhibition of tumor growth and metastasis. It is synthesized in the body through the acetylation of histones, which are proteins that bind to DNA. The deacetylase enzyme removes this acetyl group, leading to a loss of gene expression. JX 06 has been shown to be effective in inhibiting tumor growth and metastasis by inhibiting the synthesis of malignant cells. It also inhibits histone deacetylase enzymes, leading to an increase in histone acetylation and gene expression. JX 06 may be used as a therapeutic agent for patients with malignant tumors such as breast cancer or colon cancer.
