Descripción:Sec-Butylmagnesium bromide is a Grignard reagent that is used in organic synthesis. It is manufactured by the reaction of butyl magnesium chloride with hydrogen bromide. Sec-Butylmagnesium bromide can be used to synthesize organic compounds containing carbon chains, such as styrene, carbanion, and halides. This chemical has also been used to polymerize magnesium and form gel permeation chromatography gels.
