Descripción:Vinyloxymethylbenzene is a reactive compound that can be used to produce polyvinyl ethers with cationic polymerization. Vinyloxymethylbenzene reacts with hydrogen fluoride and hydrochloric acid to form the vinyl ether. The vinyl ether is formed by the reaction of a benzyl group with an inorganic acid, such as sulfuric acid or phosphoric acid. Hydroxyl groups are also present on the molecule, which can react with inorganic acids and form ester linkages.
