Información del producto
Pyrrole-2,3,5-tricarboxylic Acid is a natural compound that is found in humans and other mammals. It is synthesized from 2-amino-pyrrole-5-carboxylic acid by the enzyme pyrroline-5-carboxylate synthetase. Pyrrole-2,3,5-tricarboxylic Acid has been shown to inhibit melanin production in vitro and in vivo. The synthesis of eumelanin was inhibited by 50% with a concentration of 10 mM Pyrrole-2,3,5-tricarboxylic Acid. A clinical study showed that Pyrrole-2,3,5-tricarboxylic Acid can reduce melanin production in high salt conditions (20% NaCl) without affecting the skin's barrier function. This compound also reduces the risk of skin cancer and has antiangiogenic properties.
