Descripción:Clenbuterol is a bronchodilator that can be used to treat asthma and other respiratory disorders. It has been shown to increase the flow rate of air in and out of the lungs in animals, but not humans. Clenbuterol has been shown to have several bioactivities, including anabolic effects on muscles, anti-inflammatory effects, and positive effects on heart function. Clenbuterol is a racemic mixture of two enantiomers (R-clenbuterol and S-clenbuterol). The R-isomer is more active than the S-isomer due to its greater affinity for beta-adrenoreceptors. However, there are no significant differences between the two enantiomers in terms of their ability to produce side effects such as increased blood pressure or heart rate.
