Información del producto
Methyl 2-aminoquinoline-3-carboxylate is a cyano compound that can be synthesized by the reaction of methyl 4-nitrobenzoate, formaldehyde and ammonium chloride. This compound has been shown to undergo reductive coupling with nitrobenzene to form an amidine and a nitrile. The yield of this reaction is dependent on the type of reductant used. In the presence of sodium borohydride, the yield is greater than 95%. In contrast, when using zinc dust as the reductant, the yield is only 65%.
