Información del producto
Charybdotoxin is a peptide that can be used in research to study protein interactions, such as the interactions of ligands with ion channels and receptor proteins. It has been shown to inhibit the activity of voltage-gated sodium channels and potassium channels. Charybdotoxin binds to the receptor site on these channels and blocks ion flow through them. This inhibits nerve transmission, muscle contraction, and other cellular functions.
