Información del producto
Charybdotoxin is a toxin from the funnel web spider, which blocks the flow of potassium ions in nerve cells. It is a potent activator of voltage-gated sodium channels and inhibits the binding of acetylcholine to acetylcholine receptors. The protein has been extensively studied in cell biology and pharmacology. Charybdotoxin has also been used as a research tool to study protein interactions and ion channels. This antibody is produced by immunizing animals with synthetic peptides that contain amino acids 19-24 of charybdotoxin.
