Descripción:Miriplatin hydrate is a diagnostic agent that can be used to detect chronic kidney disease. It is a monoclonal antibody that binds to human serum albumin and has been shown to have significant cytotoxicity in cancer cells. Miriplatin hydrate has not been found to have any adverse reactions in humans, even at high doses. The drug is administered intravenously and may cause an allergic reaction or severe headache if administered intramuscularly. Miriplatin hydrate reacts with the Toll-like receptor 4 (TLR4) on immune system cells and epirubicin, which leads to the activation of TLR4, resulting in inflammation and increased production of inflammatory cytokines.
