Descripción:GK921 is a drug candidate that inhibits the PD-1 pathway. It has been shown to inhibit tumor growth in xenograft models of cancer by inducing autophagy and inhibiting cell proliferation. GK921 was found to be effective in treating mouse models of cancer with radiation therapy and lysine residues, which are predictive biomarkers for efficacy. The drug also has inhibitory effects on mammalian cells through the inhibition of growth factor signaling pathways. GK921 is currently being studied in clinical trials as a treatment for cancer patients with risk groups such as lung adenocarcinoma and non-small cell lung cancer.
