Información del producto
Methyl 1-(5-bromopyridin-2-yl)-5-cyclopropylpyrazole-4-carboxylate is a heterocyclic compound with an alkynyl group and a triazole functional group. It is used as a fluorescence probe for copper(II) ions in the development of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) contrast agents. The fluorescence intensity of this compound increases upon binding to copper(II) ions and can be detected by MRI. Covid 19, a pandemic influenza A/H1N1 virus vaccine candidate, contains a methyl 1-(5-bromopyridin-2-yl)-5-cyclopropylpyrazole-4-carboxylate moiety that is attached to the nonstructural protein NS3. This provides antiviral activity against both influenza virus strains, including those resistant to neuraminidase inhibitors like oseltamivir (Tamiflu).
