Descripción:AZD 4635 is an adenosine receptor antagonist that has been shown to have anti-cancer effects. AZD 4635 inhibits the proliferation of tumor cells and induces cell death by directly binding to the A2A receptor, which is found in high levels on cancer cells. This drug also inhibits the production of inflammatory cytokines such as IL-6 and TNF-α, which are produced by cancer cells in response to injury or infection. AZD 4635 is currently undergoing clinical trials for its potential use in treatment of skin cancer.
