Descripción:AGG-523 is a molecule that binds to the response element-binding protein (RBP) and inhibits its transcriptional activity. This leads to decreased production of inflammatory cytokines, such as TNF-α and IL-1β, which are responsible for the symptoms of inflammatory bowel disease. AGG-523 has been shown to be safe in humans and can be used to treat bowel diseases. 3-Fluoroindoxyl beta-D-galactopyranoside is an antituberculosis drug that belongs to the class of rifamycins. It is the most active of the rifamycins for the treatment of tuberculosis.
