Aclidinium is a long-acting bronchodilator that is used to treat chronic cough and other symptoms of airway obstruction. It is also used to prevent bronchospasm in people who are at risk for developing asthma attacks. This drug binds to all 5 acetylcholine muscarinic receptor subtypes and results in bronchodilation.
