Descripción:SPA0355 is a synthetic analog of CXCL12 that has been shown to inhibit the activity of NF-κB target genes in hematopoietic cells. It also inhibits the production of inflammatory cytokines such as TNF-α, IL-1β, and IL-6. SPA0355 has been shown to have immunomodulatory effects in experimental models of inflammatory diseases. The mechanism by which SPA0355 inhibits NF-κB target genes is unknown, but it may be due to its ability to bind with fatty acids that are involved in the regulation of cell signaling pathways.
