• Descripción: BVT 2733 is a drug that has been shown to have a metabolic effect on osteogenic genes. It is an inhibitor of the enzyme fatty acid synthase and has been shown to reduce the production of pro-inflammatory cytokines in adipose tissue, which may contribute to its anti-inflammatory properties. BVT 2733 also inhibits the synthesis of chemoattractant protein and polymerase chain reaction, which are involved in inflammatory bowel disease. This drug has been tested for pharmacokinetic properties, which have been found to be increased in cardiac and skin cells. The pharmacological activity of BVT 2733 is not fully understood yet; however, it has been shown to have glucocorticoid receptor agonist activity in vitro.
