Descripción

Cinnarizine is calcium channel blocker that is used for the treatment of symptoms associated with labyrinthine disorder such as vertigo, nausea, tinnitus and vomiting. This drug can also be viewed as a nootropic drug because of its vasorelaxating abilities. It inhibits contractions of vascular smooth muscle cells by blocking L-type voltage gated calcium channels.
