Descripción:CB 5083 is a protein that inhibits the growth of cancer cells by targeting the Toll-like receptor and mitochondrial functions. It has been shown to have anti-cancer properties in experimental models and to induce autophagy, which may be due to its ability to inhibit mitochondrial functions. CB 5083 has also been shown to reduce tumour size in mice with solid tumours, primary cells from patients with pancreatic cancer, and primary cells from patients with prostate cancer.
