Descripción:MAK-683 is a novel drug that inhibits protein lysine methylation. It is a Toll-like receptor modulator and structural biology agent that binds to the Toll-like receptor molecule and prevents it from binding to its target. MAK-683 has been shown to inhibit the activity of CDK4/6, which are enzymes that regulate the cell cycle. This drug also inhibits transcriptional regulation by interfering with the expression of inflammatory cytokines such as IL-1β, TNF-α, and IL-6. MAK-683 has been shown to be effective in treating cancer and chemoresistance, as well as inflammatory diseases like asthma.
