Descripción:E7046 is a potent antitumor agent that belongs to the class of immunomodulators. It has been shown to have immunomodulatory effects in mice with tumor cells, as well as potent anti-tumor activity in mouse and human cervical cancer cell lines. E7046 has also been found to induce collagen production in mice and inhibit collagenase, an enzyme that breaks down collagen. E7046 has also been shown to be effective against HIV infection, which may be due to its ability to inhibit viral replication by inhibiting transcription and DNA synthesis.
