Descripción:LEI401 is a drug that inhibits the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway. LEI401 has been shown to inhibit the growth of cancer cells in vitro and in animal models. It also shows efficacy against other types of cancers, such as leukemia and lymphoma, with possible applications for treatments of tumors. LEI401 is currently under investigation for its potential to treat Alzheimer's disease and Huntington's disease. In addition, LEI401 has been shown to have anthelmintic activity against nematodes (roundworms). The drug targets proteasomes in nematodes and causes premature protein degradation, leading to cell death.
