The maximal inhibition of the mitotic pathway was observed at an extract concentration of 20 μg/mL with a blood extract concentration of 1 mg/mL. Extracts were analyzed using geometric analysis, which resulted in a reduction process that stabilized the molecule at an optimal level. This suggests that Hec1/Nek2 Mitotic Pathway Inhibitor II, INH6 can be used as an anti-cancer agent for vascularized tumors.
