Descripción:Tadalafil is a phosphodiesterase (PDE) inhibitor used to treat erectile dysfunction. It works by inhibiting the enzyme PDE, which is responsible for breaking down cGMP, a molecule that relaxes smooth muscle cells in the penis and allows for increased blood flow. Tadalafil has an ability to also act as a channel inhibitor and nerve growth factor inhibitor. Additionally, it is said to aid with pulmonary arterial hypertension by relaxing the blood vessels in the lungs to allow blood to flow more easily.
