Descripción:Felezonexor is a tyrosine kinase inhibitor that binds to the active site of the enzyme, blocking phosphorylation and inhibiting protein kinase activity. Felezonexor has been shown to inhibit phosphatases and tyrosine phosphatases in solid tumours. These enzymes are involved in cancer cell proliferation and differentiation. Phosphatases also play an important role in antiviral signalling pathways. Felezonexor has been used in treatment of HIV-1 infection and is currently being investigated for use in cancer therapy.
