Descripción:
Communic Acid is a reaction product of dehydroabietic acid with inorganic acid. The chemical composition of Communic Acid has been shown to inhibit the growth of human cervical carcinoma cells. Communic Acid also inhibits tyrosinase activity, which may be due to its ability to form a complex with the enzyme and prevent it from catalyzing the conversion of dopaquinone into melanin. Communic Acid is found in various foods and can be thermally extracted or chemically ionized.
