Descripción:2-(4-Acetylphenoxy)-N,N-diethylacetamide is a ligand that binds to the acetylcholine receptor. It has been shown to activate the receptor by increasing the number of ion channels in the membrane and increasing the binding affinity of other ligands such as acetylcholine and carbachol. 2-(4-Acetylphenoxy)-N,N-diethylacetamide has also been shown to bind to other receptors and ion channels, including nicotinic acetylcholine receptors, serotonin receptors, dopamine receptors and voltage-gated calcium channels. This ligand is used in research tool experiments involving cell biology, peptides, antibodies or protein interactions.
