Información del producto
Pyrimidine-2,5-dicarboxylic acid is a crystalline solid that belongs to the group of monocarboxylates. It has an orthorhombic crystal structure with a wavelength of 5.00 Å. Pyrimidine-2,5-dicarboxylic acid is soluble in dimethylformamide and can be used as a radiation source for X-ray diffraction measurements. It also has been used to determine the crystal parameters and constants of other pyrimidine carboxylates in order to correlate their properties. The melting point for this substance is 283 °C, which is almost twice as high as the melting point for ethane (151 °C).
