Descripción:JWH-193 is a synthetic cannabinoid that has been shown to be an agonist of the cannabinoid receptor CB1. It is also hydrophobic, which allows it to penetrate the blood-brain barrier more easily than other cannabinoids. JWH-193 has been shown to bind to and activate the cb1 receptor, which triggers a number of effects, including immunogenicity and vasodilation. This compound binds with high affinity to the CB1 receptor in cell culture and produces cannabimimetic effects in animals. The pharmacodynamics of JWH-193 have been studied using a colorimetric method for determining its concentration in nasal secretions.
