11-Oxomogroside III is a triterpene glycoside that was isolated from the cucurbitaceae family. The elution time for 11-oxomogroside III is 8 minutes at a flow rate of 1 mL/min with 10% acetonitrile in water. This compound has been shown to inhibit tumor cell growth and induce apoptosis in these cells. 11-Oxomogroside III also exhibits emollient properties, which may be due to its ability to increase collagen production in human skin cells.
