Información del producto
IBR2 is an anti-cancer drug that belongs to the group of bcr-abl inhibitors. It is a redox potential in the p2 group with nitrite ion as its ligand. IBR2 has been shown to inhibit the growth of k562 cells, which are human erythroleukemia cells, by binding to epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) and preventing its activation. IBR2 also binds to bcr-abl, a protein tyrosine kinase that is overexpressed in some cancers. IBR2 has been shown to inhibit the activity of this enzyme and may be used for the treatment of leukemia or other cancers.
