PX-3 (APP-CHMINACA) is an amide type synthetic cannabinoid that has a CB2 receptor affinity profile. It is one of the most potent synthetic cannabinoids from the group of phenylacetylpiperidines, with a potency that is 10 to 100 times greater than other related compounds. PX-3 is metabolized in vivo and produces metabolites that are detectable in human liver samples. The metabolism of this compound generates monohydroxylated metabolites which are not found in natural cannabinoids.
