Descripción:PX-3 (APP-CHMINACA) is an amide type synthetic cannabinoid that has a CB2 receptor affinity profile. It is one of the most potent synthetic cannabinoids from the group of phenylacetylpiperidines, with a potency that is 10 to 100 times greater than other related compounds. PX-3 is metabolized in vivo and produces metabolites that are detectable in human liver samples. The metabolism of this compound generates monohydroxylated metabolites which are not found in natural cannabinoids. Synthetic cannabinoids such as PX-3 can have significant health effects on humans, including cardiovascular disease and cancer.
