Descripción:SDP006 is a synthetic cannabinoid that binds to the CB1 receptor. It has been shown to have similar effects on the human body as THC, the psychoactive component of marijuana. SDP006 has been shown to bind to rat liver microsomes and inhibit cytochrome P450 enzymes, which metabolize drugs in the liver. The LC-MS/MS method was used for the detection of metabolites in urine samples. This drug has not been tested on humans, but it has been found to be safe in rats and mice at high doses.
