Descripción:GNE-6468 is a synthetic retinoic acid molecule that has been shown to be an orthosteric agonist of nuclear receptors. This drug binds to the nuclear receptor RARα and induces the expression of genes involved in inflammatory and autoimmune diseases. GNE-6468 has been shown to have a variety of biological effects, including modulation of interleukin production, regulation of gene expression, and induction of apoptosis. GNE-6468 also has chemotherapeutic activity against primary cells derived from multiple myeloma patients.
