Descripción:SU14813 is a potent inhibitor of angiogenesis and tumor growth. It has been shown to inhibit the growth of both solid tumors and hematopoietic cells, such as cancer stem cells. This drug also inhibits the production of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), which is a key regulator of neovascularization. SU14813 can be used in combination with other drugs that are known to have antiangiogenic effects, such as radiation therapy or anti-VEGF agents. The most common side effect observed in clinical trials was ocular irritation and eye redness, although this may be due to its use in eye disorders.
