Descripción:Cyclohexylmethylhydrazine dihydrochloride is a pyrazole derivative that has anxiolytic and antidepressant properties. It is used in the treatment of anxiety disorders, depression, and panic disorder. Cyclohexylmethylhydrazine dihydrochloride inhibits serotonin reuptake by binding to its transporter protein, preventing it from recycling into the presynaptic neuron. Cyclohexylmethylhydrazine dihydrochloride also binds to serotonin receptors in the brain and initiates an increase of serotonin levels in the synaptic cleft. This drug has been shown to have anxiolytic effects in animal models at doses of 50-250 mg/kg.
