Descripción:BMP 7 is a cytokine that belongs to the transforming growth factor beta (TGF-β) superfamily. It is produced by many cell types, including E. coli, in response to TGF-β and IL-1. BMP 7 has been shown to be involved in the regulation of cell proliferation and differentiation. BMP 7 has also been shown to be a potent inducer of cytokines such as IL-8, IL-6, IL-1β, and TNF-α from human mononuclear cells.
