Descripción

Rhodamine 590 chloride is a chemical species that is used as a fluorescent dye. It has been shown to be chemically stable in the presence of sodium nitrate, radiation, and activated diode lasers. Rhodamine 590 chloride can also be used to detect fetal bovine serum by using an activated multi-walled carbon nanotube cavity that emits light when stimulated by radiation. This dye has been used to enhance the visualization of cells in handpieces or other devices with a microscope. Rhodamine 590 chloride can also be used for solid phase microextraction chromatography for the separation of organic compounds from water or other solvents.
