Nafronyl oxalate salt is a pharmaceutical preparation that is used to control the symptoms of urea nitrogen. It is an organic compound with a chemical structure consisting of two parts: a 5-hydroxytryptamine (5-HT) receptor antagonist and an organic acid derivative. This drug is used for the treatment of bowel disease, occipital cortex, and inflammatory diseases. Nafronyl oxalate salt has been shown to prevent the release of 5-HT from nerve cells in response to an electric charge, by inhibiting the 5-HT2A receptors in the brain. The drug can reduce inflammation in patients with inflammatory bowel disease and other inflammatory diseases.
