Descripción:1,3-Diphenoxybenzene is a potential anticancer agent that is used in the treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma. It has been shown to inhibit cell growth and induce apoptosis in vitro and in vivo by binding to the pd-l1 protein. 1,3-Diphenoxybenzene is an efficient cross-linking agent with a high reactivity towards proteins and nucleic acids. The chemical structure of 1,3-diphenoxybenzene resembles that of diphenyl ethers, which are known for their ability to bind to DNA, RNA, and proteins. This compound also inhibits hepg2 cells by interacting with the diphenyl ether group on the surface of these cells. 1,3-Diphenoxybenzene can be absorbed by uv light and then converted into reactive compounds that react with nucleic acids.
