Información del producto
N-Phenyl-9-phenanthrenamine is a molecule inhibitor that can be used to treat cancer. It has been shown to inhibit the transcriptional activity of foxm1, which is an aberrant protein that activates the transcription of genes involved in cell proliferation and migration. N-Phenyl-9-phenanthrenamine has been shown to inhibit the growth of ovarian cancer cells in vitro. This drug also inhibits cellular division and bacterial growth, as well as epithelial ovarian cancer cells in vitro. It may have potential for use as an antibiotic against Escherichia coli and other Gram-negative bacteria.
