Información del producto
- Nonanoic Acid, 9-Bromo-, Ethyl Ester
- Ethyl 9-bromononanoate
Ethyl 9-Bromononanoate is a fluorescent substrate for protein kinases. It has been synthesised and used in clinical trials for the treatment of cancer. Ethyl 9-Bromononanoate can be labeled with fluorescence dye and used to study the binding of proteins to DNA. This compound has also been used as a substrate in enzyme kinetics studies, which has led to the discovery of new enzyme inhibitors such as cx-4945. Ethyl 9-Bromononanoate is an ester that is formed from the acid conjugates of bromoacetic acid and nonanoic acid.
