Descripción:MDL-860 is a replication inhibitor that is structurally related to nucleosides. MDL-860 inhibits the synthesis of viral RNA by blocking the enzyme reverse transcriptase, which is required for viral replication. It also inhibits the activity of other enzymes involved in cellular metabolism.
