Información del producto
Longdaysin is a purine derivative that inhibits β-catenin signaling and is used in the treatment of breast cancer. Longdaysin inhibits the activity of enzymes involved in the metabolism of purines, which are important molecules in cellular processes such as DNA replication and repair. It has been shown to inhibit tumor growth by blocking β-catenin signaling, which is an important pathway for cell proliferation. Longdaysin also blocks sequences that regulate the expression of genes responsible for controlling cellular division. The effective dose is known to be between 0.1 and 1 μM, with a chemical stability of 8 hours at pH 7 and 25°C.
