Descripción:(+)-CBI-CDPI1 is a potent inhibitor of human kinases and an analog of Voriconazole. It has been shown to induce apoptosis in cancer cells and inhibit tumor growth. (+)-CBI-CDPI1 is also an angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitor, which may contribute to its anticancer properties. This compound has been tested in Chinese hamster ovary cells and found to be effective against a wide range of kinases. In addition, it has been detected in human urine, indicating that it may have potential as a therapeutic agent for the treatment of cancer.
